Latest Sage CRM features new social, collaboration and mobile tools to help increase sales, marketing and customer service activities
Sage North America recently announced the release of Sage CRM 2013, adding a range of adaptable social, collaboration and mobile tools to its award winning, cloud-based CRM solution.
The latest update is designed to help businesses work smarter, faster and more collaboratively. It features Sage CRM Builder, which extends the functionality of Sage CRM through creation of personalized modules with endless flexibility to suit individual business requirements. This simple drag and drop tool can be used to manage any area of the business from events to projects, to properties, equipment, tradeshows, consultants and more.
“Sage CRM R1 2013 creates greater freedom for our customers to succeed by enabling them to tailor their CRM application quickly, easily and without the need for external services or IT resources,” said David Beard, CRM principal, Sage CRM. “The new features will help boost sales team productivity, foster greater internal collaboration, and deliver better business insight.”
The enhanced mobile suite includes Sage CRM Sales Lite for iPhone and Sage CRM Sales Tracker for Windows 8. These apps provide mobile sales teams with real-time data to help them manage their business relationships and access their key opportunities, appointments and tasks. Additionally, sales teams can map appointments and track key customer communications with native iPhone integration.
The Social CRM suite adds Facebook to its current social capabilities, allowing businesses to gain customer insights by providing them with a more comprehensive view of customer and prospect profiles.
Sage CRM R1 2013 also enables business collaboration across teams with new social-style features powered by Yammer. It provides smarter reporting with functional, secure, customized reports that are quickly populated with the latest CRM information.
