Adaptive Insights named a Leader in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant

Adaptive Insights has recently made a big announcement, they have been named a Leader in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Strategic Corporate Performance Management (SCPM) Solutions report. This is a major achievement for Adaptive, and also indicates a major shift for cloud-based solutions as more consumers are embracing this technology.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates 16 different companies with defined criteria and comparisons. Based upon the finding each company gains a particular ranking. This year Adaptive placed among giants such as SAP, Oracle and IBM.
As pointed out in the Adaptive press release,Adaptive Insights Magic Quadrant “We welcome their entry into the CPM space, as it signals an industry-wide commitment to helping finance professionals play a more strategic role and contribute to business performance.”

More outstanding news from this announcement is that Adaptive is the only purely SaaS vendor in the Leader Quadrant, which projects a positive future for the cloud-based technology. In a report from Adaptive, "CFO’s stated that 33% of their infrastructure today was cloud and expected that number to grow to 60% by 2020.”

Since the Adaptive CPM innovation is being more widely adopted, CFO’s are able to contribute a greater amount to overall business strategy, report with more accuracy, and within up-to-the-minute updates. As an SCPM leader, Adaptive is now in a position to help financial professionals bring more value to their organizations.
