The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has released the 2013 Kentucky Best Places to Work Rankings. Winners are selected from two categories- small/medium companies (25-249 U.S. employees) and large companies (250+ U.S. employees). The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey administered by the Best Companies Group.
