Oasis Solutions announced that it has acquired the customers of Michael Yates, a Sage partner, effective July 1, 2017. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Oasis Solutions, headquartered in Louisville, KY, is a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized businesses across North America. The company implements and provides consulting for Sage/Sage 100c, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and other software solutions.
