LOUISVILLE, KY - On Saturday, June 17th, Annette Manias, President of Oasis Solutions, participated in Let’s Dance Louisville at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.
Let’s Dance Louisville is a charity event hosted by the Cathedral of the Assumption and is based on Dancing with the Stars, pairing amateur dancers with professional instructors.
Proceeds benefited Sandefur Dining Hall Feed My Neighbor program, which has been providing meals to the homeless and hungry 365 days a year for 100 years.
During the competition, 12 local celebrities, including Annette Manias and her dance partner, Damian Petaluna, competed for votes and support. The evening included a live and silent auction to raise additional proceeds.
With the help and support of her friends, Manias was able to raise over $25,000, helping more than 150 people at the June 18th Feed My Neighbor luncheon. An estimated total of $100,000 was raised for the Sandefur Dining Hall through the Let’s Dance Louisville event.
“The Let’s Dance Louisville event is for a wonderful charity. It was an honor to be involved in an event that benefits a charity that gives so much back to that community,” Annette Manias.
