SAGE 100 PAYROLL USERS
VERSION 2013
It has come to our attention that there may be confusion regarding whether or not you can print your W-2’s and 1099’s in standard Sage 100 and not use Aatrix after upgrading or implementing version 2013.
Please note that with version 2013 you CAN still print W-2’s, 941’s, and 1099’s in standard Sage 100. By design these forms were hidden on the menu in preparation for the changes coming in 2014. If you want to print from Sage 100 and not print using Aatrix please do the following:
Click File then click Run
In the program field type *unhidetaxforms
Click OK
Reminder: After the 2013 Tax Filing Year, Sage will no longer be providing standard W-2, 1099 and 941 form changes in the standard Sage 100 product. You will be able to use the efiling and Reporting feature, which allows you to either print W-2, 1099, and 941 forms directly to your printer and/or eFile directly to applicable tax agency through Aatrix.
