In Abra HR you can use the Benefit Rate Tables to calculate items such as taxable term life insurance by age and coverage to calculate per pay period.  This will interface with payroll to add the taxable portion to the wages each payroll saving you time during year-end processing and eliminating the need to collect from terminated employees.
